1. GROWING AND HARVESTING
Chocolate starts by being grown as a bean in pods. Cocoa beans grow in tropical areas and they take around 5-6 months until the pods are ready to be harvested.
2. FERMENTING AND DRYING
Once the beans have been extracted from their pods, they are covered for 5-7 days to ferment. After they have been fermented they are left in the sun to dry for 6 days.
3. COLLECTION AND SHIPPING
At the collection centers, the beans are then weighed and checked for quality and then they are put into bags and transported to other cocoa factories for processing. In the cocoa factories, the beans are sorted, cleaned, dried and then broken into lots of nibs. The nibs are then roasted and then ground into a liquid called cocoa liquor. The cocoa liquor can then be further processed into cocoa butter and cocoa powder.
4. MAKING CHOCOLATE
After that lots of other ingredients are added to the cocoa. then the put it in mold to set. After that they will wrap the chocolate and send it to the shops to sell.

Teabag Experiment Explanation
I will be explaining the Flying Teabag Experiment
We emptied out the teabag and stood it up on a piece of tinfoil so we didn't damage the table.
We got a fire lighter and lit the top of the teabag on both sides.
The fire started burning down because the next flammable molecule was down the teabag.
As it got nearer to the bottom of the teabag all of the cold air rushed through the bottom and the teabag flew into he air.
It did this because the hotter air wanted to stay at the top and the cold air was trying to get through which made it lift up.
After a few seconds the hot air cooled down and the burnt teabag fell back down to the ground and then the experiment was done.
Has anyone done this experiment. If so, what were your results?
